Prices and deals

Except for special circumstances and large-volume orders, all product prices are subject to the website. All product prices are in Hong Kong dollars. All product prices shown on the website include standard delivery service. If there are any additional charges, they will be stated during bill settlement.

Goods Substitution

Fruitique Hong Kong strives to ensure that all products are consistent with the pictures and content on the website. However, due to seasonal and market supply effects, some products may be out of stock. If the product is out of stock after placing the order, the company will replace it with a product of equal or higher price and ensure that its quality is similar to the previous product.

Discount terms

  1. All website discounted products cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts or offers.
  2. Product discounts are only valid during the discount promotion period. For orders that have been paid before the discount offer takes effect, the discount offer will not apply even if the order is shipped within the discount offer period.
  3. Discount terms are applicable to other discount terms.

Delivery details

  1. Fruitique Hong Kong will display the product price, shipping fee and total payment before checkout.
  2. Under normal circumstances, customers who place an order at or before 18:00 on the same day can enjoy delivery service during standard hours on the next day/specified day. We also provide same-day order delivery service (extra charges included). Customers need to place orders at or before 14:00 on the same day, and the products will be delivered between 17:00 and 20:00 on the same day.

*Same-day order delivery service may be affected by the order situation on the day, and we reserve the right to refuse to accept same-day orders.

  1. Fruitique Hong Kong will not be responsible for any direct or indirect losses or additional costs incurred due to delivery delays or failures due to the following circumstances, and customers may be required to pay additional costs:
  2. i) For all orders with a delivery address to a hospital, we will deliver the goods based on the information provided by the customer. If the delivery cannot be carried out due to incomplete information (such as patient name, bed number, etc.), it will be regarded as a delivery failure;
  3. ii) Delivery within the delivery period selected by the customer, but the recipient is not at the delivery address;

iii) The shipping address provided by the customer is incorrect or incorrect;

  1. iv) There is no relevant gift recipient at the delivery address provided by the customer;
  2. v) The contact number of the recipient provided by the customer is incorrect or invalid;

If the product cannot be delivered due to inaccurate information provided by the recipient, the customer will need to pay the additional shipping costs incurred by rescheduling delivery , as follows:

Hong Kong, Kowloon, New Territories – HKD 120

Outlying islands and remote areas – HKD220 ~ HKD550

*There will be no designated time delivery service for other areas, outlying islands and remote areas.

*If you need specific time or urgent delivery to the above general areas, please call our customer service team at 9714-3886 to inquire about the relevant charges.

*Any products that cannot be delivered due to weather or traffic conditions (including perishable goods) will be rescheduled for delivery to the same delivery location the next day without additional delivery fees.

Returns and refunds

  1. If a product or item you ordered arrives damaged or faulty, we will be happy to assist and we will ask the customer to provide photos so that we can better understand the extent of the problem or damage to the product.
  2. We cannot offer replacement, exchange or refund for any product that has been successfully delivered for 7 days or more.
  3. In the event of any refund, the amount will be credited back to the customer's original payment method, credit card, Paypal account or payment account.

cancel order

If you wish to cancel your order please call Contact our customer service team at 9714-3886 . Please note that products containing any fruit and other perishable items must be requested by the customer 48 hours prior to delivery time.

If you request to cancel your order within 24 hours before delivery time, you will need to pay an administrative fee of HKD200.

*Orders cannot be canceled once packed and will be processed by our delivery team.

Order modification

We are happy to change the recipient's address, card content, delivery date or items in your order up to 24 hours before the original delivery date of your order. We recommend that you call Contact our customer service team at 9714-3886 to make these changes.

*We will not be able to make any changes to your order if it is in preparation, has been packed, or is already in the hands of the delivery team.

* Any additional costs incurred due to changes in goods and shipping address at the customer's request will be borne by the customer. If the value of the replacement item is less than the original item, the difference will not be refunded.

* Fruitique Hong Kong reserves the right to refuse customers’ requests to modify orders or exchange goods .
